How does The NoCo Box work?

We put together boxes that can be gifted or enjoyed for yourself that showcase different Northern Colorado-based small businesses. Our goal is to support our local small business community by introducing you to unique local businesses that offer high-quality artisan goods and/or services.

When will my box(es) ship?

If you order on a weekday, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. If you order on the weekend or during the holidays, your order will ship the next business day. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your order ships. If you opt for a different ship date after the following business day, your order will ship on the date you select.

How much is shipping?

Currently, we charge an $8 flat rate per box to ship anywhere in the United States. We often offer promotional discounts that waive shipping and are offering a free local pick-up option in Fort Collins for all of our wonderful local supporters. If you select this option, you will be notified with pick-up instructions by e-mail.

How can I stay updated?

Can I make business/product recommendations?

My ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ ̲ was damaged during shipping. Can I get a replacement/refund?

Please contact us and let us know what was damaged. Once the damage is confirmed a replacement shipped in 1-3 business days or a full refund of your damaged item(s).

What is your privacy policy?

We collect your name, email address, billing address, credit card information, and shipping address when you place an order. We only use this information to fulfill your order.  We will never share this information with anyone for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Payments are processed through the secure payment platforms of Clover POS for in person transactions and Stripe for online purchases. If you have subscribed to our mail list and would like to be removed, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”

I would like to place a special custom bulk order. How can I do that?

If you are needing gifts for a special occasion such as birthday or wedding favors, or any other need for custom gifts, please inquire through our business gifting page.
